You MUST send us a clear image of what you are looking for, we will not respond to vague descriptions of products as this can lead to confusion.
Sit back and relax as we check with our extended network of suppliers and factories to fetch you the best quality and price.
At this stage we may not be able to provide full videos of the watch but we will always strive to obtain this

Once you are happy to move forward, we will take payment and commission the watch build with the factory.
Now relax and let us work with the factory to create your watch. The build process usually takes around 10-14 days after which it is sent to us.
If you purchase one of our in stock watches then you will not need to wait, we will ship out the watch as soon as you have paid
Once we receive your watch, we conduct a comprehensive quality check: time-setter calibration, lume/UV light detection, and full material inspection. Then we send you a video walkthrough for approval.
